Position Details
  • Full Time, Nights
  • Night Shift with Payrate Premium
  • $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
  • Relocation Bonus up to $10,000 (depending on current location)
  • Pediatric and Adult Care
  • Weekend and Holiday rotation
Responsibilities

Our RTs evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, collaborating with nurses, advanced therapists, and specialists to ensure excellent patient care.

Requirements
  • Current Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner license
  • Graduation from an accredited respiratory care program
  • Pass N.B.R.C. registry exam within 6 months of hire (or within 1 year if graduated over a year ago)
  • Healthcare Provider Certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work with EMR systems
