Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join our caring team. You will perform patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, and manage equipment in adult care areas, with emphasis on critical care and blood gas analysis.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences, is an RRT, and has BCLS and ACLS; PALS preferred. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences is required.
• State licensure as Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required; BCLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and respiratory care procedures.
• Administer critical care procedures in adult care areas and blood gas analysis.
• Maintain equipment and educate patients on care and device use.

Responsibilities:

Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment and patient education.
