Our Respiratory Therapists manage, in collaboration with the medical team, neonates 23 weeks' gestation and above on oxygen, ventilators, and high-frequency ventilation. Respiratory Therapists are integral parts of our team and attend all high-risk deliveries. Banner Thunderbird is currently looking for a Full-Time RRT for the NICU to work days (36 hours/week; 3 12-hour shifts from 6:00 am - 6:30 pm). This position independently provides respiratory care, pulmonary and cardiology diagnostic testing to patients in a variety of health care settings.
Internal customers: All levels of nursing management and staff, medical staff, and all other members of the interdisciplinary health care team. External Customers: Physicians and their office staff, payers, community agencies and regulatory agencies.
