Seeking a full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist-ECMO Specialist (night shift) offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus (external candidates only).

• Provide advanced respiratory care, including management of ECMO systems, blood products, medication delivery, and anticoagulation.
• Perform and monitor therapies such as mechanical ventilation, airway management, and blood gas analysis across diverse patient populations.
• Operate and maintain ECMO equipment, support staff training, and assist with patient transport.
• Ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and documentation, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Requirements include an Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, active Massachusetts license, RRT registration, ECMO certification, and at least two years of RT experience.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, pharmacology, and critical care, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
