Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care treatments and therapies to patients of all ages.
• Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, and airway support.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and rapid response situations.
• Perform diagnostic testing such as ABGs and pulmonary function tests.
• Accurately document patient care in MEDITECH.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans.
• Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
