CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, NJ is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to evaluate, treat, and manage acutely ill patients with cardio-pulmonary conditions. The role includes orientation, annual skills reviews, and competency requirements for arterial blood gas collection and intubation where certified.

You will work under medical supervision with opportunities for professional development and ongoing performance evaluations, supporting a full range of respiratory care services.

Formación

• Graduate of an AMA approved training program in Respiratory Therapy.
• NBRC registration required.
• NJ State License required.
• CPR Certification required.
• ACLS and PALS Certifications preferred.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs and evaluates arterial puncture and analysis.
• Performs patient assessment and recommends appropriate interventions.
• Performs proper documentation to include acuity, charges, productivity, patient education, etc.
• Performs appropriate routine oxygen and therapeutic and diagnostic interventions.
• Performs appropriate invasive and non-invasive ventilation interventions.
• Performs appropriately in all code and patient crisis interventions.
• Performs appropriately in all pediatric and neonatal interventions.
