Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a premier Montana healthcare system in Great Falls. This full-time, on-site role supports cardiopulmonary care across multiple units under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Montana licensure or eligibility, NBRC RRT credential, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, with strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active, unrestricted Respiratory Care Practitioner license (Montana) or eligibility.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and ventilation management.
• Perform diagnostic testing, monitor treatment responses, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support across unit types.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives and hospital safety and regulatory standards.
