Description:
In addition to RRT1: An individual who demonstrates respiratory clinical skills and knowledge in the management of all types of patients (adult/pediatric). Strong interpersonal skills are required to provide leadership and support, maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Constant evaluation and monitoring of services ensure quality care to patients. This individual may participate in hospital-wide committees and respiratory care throughout Baptist Health, effectively communicating with all team members.
Qualifications:
Degrees:- High School, Certification, GED, Training, Experience
Licenses & Certifications:- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Basic Life Support
Additional Qualifications:- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Card / CPR Card
- ACLS, PALS, NRP required per department standards
