• Operate state‑of‑the‑art equipment to monitor and improve patient outcomes
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that elevate respiratory care standards

Qualifications:

Required:

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Program with an A.A.S. or B.S. degree
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC
• Valid Virginia state license to practice Respiratory Care
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and problem‑solving skills

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Experience with adult, pediatric, and newborn patients
• ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certifications
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments
• Team‑oriented with strong organizational skills
