Qualifications

As a Registered Radiology Technologist, you will be part of a knowledgeable family of caregivers that is constantly seeking ways to hone their skills in order to provide the best patient experience possible. Shift Schedule: Varying shifts from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and 4:00 PM–12:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiology exams, portable exams and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Produce quality images for interpretation with accuracy and without delay.
• Acquire, archive, transmit and print images via PACS.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after the exam.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation.
• Maintain documentation.
• Address equipment malfunctions, notify management and report malfunctions to the help desk and PACS administrator.
• Assist with scheduling procedures, monitor and determine priority of patients, and process billing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered Technologist by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in good standing.
• Current state licensure as a Radiology Technologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience as a General Radiologic Technologist.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Lifting or assisting patients of varying weight and manipulating equipment daily.

Personal Protective Equipment

• Follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $29.00
Maximum hourly: $44.50
