Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent certificate in Radiology.
• Experience: Entry level; up to 2 years or equivalent combination.
• Licensure: ARRT certification and current BLS; maintain ARRT/BLS as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with health care team to ensure patient well-being.
• Performs radiographic studies using C‑arm and portable equipment.
• Maintains sterile technique and protocol during procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge of positioning and anatomy for physician orders.
• Adheres to ALARA and radiation safety standards in all tasks.
• Ensures accurate billing data and appropriate procedure requisition.
• Identifies and reports health and safety hazards to maintain a safe environment.
• Mentors new employees and participates in in-service programs.
