Job summary

MultiCare Covington Medical Center in Covington, WA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform a full range of diagnostic imaging exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic systems. You will support trauma imaging, operating room cases, and routine studies while acting as a clinical resource within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an AA degree in an accredited Imaging program, Washington state DOH registration with ARRT, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent.
• X-Ray Technician Registration with the State of Washington Department of Health required to transition to Certified Radiologic Technologist within 3 months of hire.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; if registry is pending, complete within 6 months from date of hire.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment.
• May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies.
• Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with departmental policies and guidelines.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model within the care team.
