Job summary

Adena Health System is seeking a Registered Radiology Tech to join Circleville Urgent Care on a part-time day shift. The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, clinical autonomy, and collaborative teamwork within a community-focused health system.

Qualified candidates will have completed an accredited Radiologic Technology program, hold or be eligible for Ohio licensure as an RRT/ARRT, and obtain BLS within 30 days. ARRT registry completion is required for licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Current Ohio license as RRT/ARRT.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment.
• New graduates must have passed ARRT registry to be eligible for Ohio license before start date; license within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiology equipment to produce high-quality radiographs.
• Collaborate with Radiologist and team to develop and evaluate department procedures.
• Provide direct patient care and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and licensing requirements.

What You’ll Do

The Registered Radiologic Technologist provides professional technical care through the operation of complex equipment to produce high quality radiographs. This individual collaborates with the Radiologist, department manager and other team members in developing, implementing and evaluating department procedures and protocols. This position has direct patient care, access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with the Radiologist, manager, and other team members. This position works under the indirect supervision of the Radiology Team Lead.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Program in Radiologic Technology
• RRT - Registered Radiologic Technologist with Current Ohio License. ARRT - Registered Radiologic Technologist with Current Ohio License. BLS - Basic Life Support(must obtain within first 30 days of employment). New graduates: Must have passed ARRT registry exam to be Ohio Department of Health license eligible before start date. Must obtain Ohio license within first 14 days of employment.
