Qualifications

• Active Texas RPLS license.
• 5+ years of professional land surveying experience.
• Strong experience with commercial land development surveying.
• Knowledge of ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, easement, and construction surveying.
• Experience managing projects and working with clients and development teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Civil 3D and/or surveying software experience preferred.
