Jobot is seeking a dedicated Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for full-time night shifts in a sleep lab setting. You will perform overnight polysomnographic studies, prepare patients, monitor during the night, and ensure data quality in coordination with physicians.

Active RPSGT, BLS/CPR, and prior sleep lab experience are required. This role emphasizes patient care, accuracy, and adherence to HIPAA and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support quality patient care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
• Prepare patients for sleep studies by explaining procedures and applying monitoring equipment
• Monitor patients throughout the night, ensuring safety, comfort, and accurate data collection
• Identify and respond to sleep-related events and physiological changes
• Score sleep studies and document findings in compliance with AASM guidelines
• Troubleshoot and maintain sleep lab equipment
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support quality patient care
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

Active RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) credential required

Current BLS/CPR certification

Prior sleep lab or clinical experience

Ability to work independently and remain attentive during overnight shifts

Proficiency with sleep study equipment and scoring software

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time role consisting of 8-hour overnight shifts

Independent night shift environment with team support as needed
