Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, educating patients and families, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with laws and standards. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse patients.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Experience with pediatric or geriatric patients in clinical settings.
• Ability to employ advanced therapeutic techniques.
• Active state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, medical history, and conditions to develop a treatment plan
• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with patients to help them regain physical abilities and manage pain
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care
• Educate patients and families on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies
• Document patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
