Job summary

Indiana Fitness Works Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Physical Therapist to join our patient care team. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and guide therapy sessions to restore function and reduce pain.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Experience in hospital or outpatient settings and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Active state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Experience in hospital or outpatient settings.
• Bilingual skills.
• Experience with pediatric or geriatric patients.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.
• Membership in professional organizations such as the APTA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, medical history, and conditions to develop a treatment plan.
• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with patients to help them regain physical abilities and manage pain.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care.
• Educate patients and families on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies.
• Document patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
