Job summary

PRN availability with potential on-site duties; basic lifting and mobility tasks are involved. A Nebraska PT license is required to practice in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
• Proven ability to evaluate and treat patients using PT techniques.
• Regular attendance is expected as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality of patient care and supervise treatment programs.
• Evaluate patients and implement care plans.
• Document progress and discharge summaries timely.
• Coordinate with physicians to modify treatment plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
