Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent Work
• 1 year experience
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician by the SCBOP.

Responsibilities

• Assist a registered pharmacist with dispensing support activities and processes required to dispense medical prescriptions.
• Collect, input, and verify prescription, refill, and patient information.
• Receive and stocks incoming supplies; may prepare labels and routine prepacked orders.
• May be expected to perform some clerical duties relating to the department.
