At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking compassionate and dedicated full-time Registered Peer Support / Recovery Specialist to join our Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia.

$2,500 Sign-on and retention bonus!

Schedule Options:

9A-9P Sunday-Tuesday with a half day on Wednesday

Half day Wednesday and 9A-9P Thursday-Saturday

What You’ll Do

The Registered Peer Recovery Specialistfor CR2 is a fully integrated team member who provides highly individualized services in the community and promotes the self- determination and shared decision-making abilities of beneficiaries. The Peer Support Specialist assists with connecting individuals experiencing crisis to needed community resources. The Peer Support Specialistparticipates in our rotating on-call schedule. This position includes community travel to the following counties and cities: Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William. (Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the mentioned areas).

Prioritize your work/life balance with 3 ½ day hybrid scheduling! Some occasional evening/overnight availability is needed for the shared on-call rotation.
