Job summary

North Olympic Healthcare Network seeks a Medical Assistant – Registered or Certified to support providers and the care team in outpatient settings across the lifespan. This role combines clinical and administrative duties to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

The MA-R/MA-C will perform vaccines, labs, vital signs, and EHR documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance and collaborative communication with the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current MA-R or MA-C credential with Washington DOH in good standing.
• One to two years of Medical Assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams and record vital signs.
• Administer vaccines and perform CLIA-waived testing.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Document post-visit instructions and referrals.
