Job summary

Olympic Medical Center is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to perform clinical, clerical, and administrative tasks in our outpatient clinic. You will work under the supervision of a physician or advanced practice clinician, carrying out duties aligned with your MA training and certification.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a WA DOH-approved MA program, and current MA certification (approved/interim/pending acceptable for 30 days).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of WA Department of Health approved Medical Assistant program required.
• Current WA Medical Assistant certification (approved, interim or pending) acceptable for first 30 days of the position.

Responsibilities

• The Medical Assistant - Certified provides clinical, clerical, and administrative tasks in an OMP outpatient clinic.
• Under the supervision and direction of a provider or Medical Office Nurse Coordinator, performs duties consistent with MA training and certification.
