Compensation

Up to $15,000 bonus plus an additional bonus for new grads up to $7,500.

Responsibilities

• Perform competent level of nursing care as defined by the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching, health promotion, evaluation).
• Apply standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice, nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization and environmental health).
• Meet and maintain any requirements defined by specific specialty; all direct care RNs required to have appropriate credentials.
• Assess and admit patients, conduct rounding checks, administer medications, communicate with family members, and be responsible for overall patient care.

Qualifications

Previous RN experience preferred; new graduates welcome (up to $7,500 bonus). All direct‑care RNs required to meet the education and certification prerequisites listed below.

Education
