Job Summary

The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and professional development initiatives for team members across the health system. This role focuses on transition to practice for new graduates and experienced nurses, fosters workplace learning through evidence-based strategies, and applies adult learning principles to meet the diverse needs of clinical teams.
