The College of Southern Idaho is seeking a Registered Nursing Instructor. In this role, you will facilitate learning and development, create course materials, and evaluate student performance. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required, with a preference for a Master’s in Nursing. Responsibilities include collaborating with faculty and maintaining records as per accreditation standards.

The Registered Nursing Instructor facilitates learning, facilitates learner development and socialization, uses assessment and evaluation strategies, participates in curriculum design and evaluation of program outcomes, functions as a change agent and leader, pursues continuous quality improvements in the nurse educator role, engages in scholarship, and functions within the educational environment.
Master’s in nursing preferred; a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with the commitment to obtain a master’s in nursing within 3 years of hire. A current and unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Idaho. Emotional and physical health to enable full participation in the theory, lab, and clinical.
