Job description

Join the Water’s Edge Health and Rehabilitation team as a Registered Nurse (RN) through our MaxPay Program and earn up to $47.58 per hour! As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), through our MaxPay Program, earn up to $40.70 per hour! Plus, enjoy additional shift differentials on PMs and NOCs, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for full-time or $5,000 for part-time, paid according to our bonus structure!

Premium wages:

• RN: Up to $43.25 per hour DOE
• LPN: Up to $37.00 per hour DOE

Shift differential:

Yes - $3.00 for PMs and NOCs

Position overview:

Water's Edge Health and Rehabilitation is seeking passionate RNs and LPNs to join our growing team in Kenosha, WI. As an RN, you will collaborate with our Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to provide high-quality care, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, providing wound care, and other duties as directed. As an LPN, your responsibilities include administering IVs and medications, monitoring vitals, and supporting the nursing team.

Additionally, provide support and guidance to nursing assistants. Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!

What’s available:

Full and Part-time positions available for Days, Evenings, and Nights with rotating weekends.

Requirements:

• Active WI Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Active WI Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Great customer service skills
• Passion for working with the aging population
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work rotating weekends
• Current BLS certification preferred
