Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking caring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. The RNs direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and colleagues.

We offer both Full Time and PRN roles in our Ohio communities, with pay starting from $35.00 per hour, experience-based increases, and $3.00 shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Licensure: Valid Ohio RN license and CPR.
• Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents.
• Coordinates, supervises and evaluates resident care.
• Assists with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicates with nursing and other departments and service providers.
• Exhibits a positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff.
• Performs related tasks as required; other duties may be assigned.
