Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct resident care and collaborate with physicians and the care team. RNs will support residents and families, with shifts including 7a–7p and 7p–7a, plus PRN as available.

Starting pay is $35.00 per hour with $3.00 shift differentials on 2nd/3rd shifts; benefits include health, vision, dental, and more, with DailyPay access and tuition assistance options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program required.
• Active Ohio RN license and CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6 months direct care nursing experience; long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents as assigned.
• Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care with the care team.
• Support safety for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing and other departments and service providers.
• Present a professional image to residents, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities
