Job summary

Maplewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care to residents in our Massachusetts facility. You will work under the supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor, coordinating care and supporting nursing assistants to uphold excellent standards.

The role emphasizes ongoing education to stay current with best practices and licensure requirements, with a focus on compassionate, team-oriented care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN in good standing with an active license.
• General hospital/long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor.
• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Maintain communication with residents and families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Report directly to the RN Shift Supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing educational programs to maintain licensure.
