Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a registered nurse for the emergency department. You will perform comprehensive clinical assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate multi-disciplinary care to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license and eligibility to practice in Florida (RN notated).
• Experience in emergency department nursing is required.
• Ability to navigate Windows-based software and patient records.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
• Monitor patient progress, regularly review, and adjust care plans based on patient responses and outcomes.
