Job summary

COX HEALTHCARE LTD is seeking an experienced registered nurse to oversee care for residents in our community and supervise direct care staff. You will ensure high quality nursing services and participate in care planning.

Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and maintaining infection control standards. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current credentials.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation.

• Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders in a timely manner.

• Monitors infection control compliance.
• Investigates/documents accidents/incidents.
