Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Raleigh, NC is seeking a skilled RN to join our team, emphasizing growth and teamwork. You will provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting, under the guidance of a supportive leadership team.

You will administer medications, monitor patient progress, and perform routine examinations as part of a dedicated care program. CPR certification and RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• ASN and RN licensure required (state of practice or NLC).
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for patients in skilled, sub-acute and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications, change wound dressings and other treatments as prescribed.
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests when indicated.
