Job summary

Signature Healthcare in Charlotte, NC, is seeking full-time registered nurses to support our doctors in providing comprehensive primary healthcare. You will care for a smaller group of patients, building relationships and making a meaningful difference in each patient’s experience.

Ideal candidates combine clinical acumen with excellent communication, organization, and follow-through. An ED/urgent care or internal medicine clinic background is a plus.

Qualifications

• NC Registered Nurse licensure (or compact license) required.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on patient care experience.

Job description

Signature Healthcare, Charlotte's premier concierge medical practice, is seeking full-time registered nurses to support our doctors in providing comprehensive primary healthcare to our patients.

We're looking for registered nurses who combine strong clinical acumen with excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

Your proactive, collaborative approach will help us deliver the attentive, highly personalized care at the heart of the Signature Healthcare experience.

Ideal Skill Sets

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective multitasking and reliable follow-through, even when workflows are interrupted
• A collaborative approach to working with team members and patients
• Strong organization and the ability to prioritize responsibilities
• The judgment to work independently and use available resources effectively
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills with a proactive approach to care
• Strong triage skills and experience with phlebotomy and/or IV insertion

NC Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (or compact license)

At least 1 yearof experience with hands-on patient care

Experience in an ED, urgent care, or internal medicine/family medicine clinic a plus!
