TrinityHealth in Georgia seeks an RN Float Pool for a full-time Day shift. The Float RN Level1 will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care across units, requiring 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience.

Float RN Level2 adds responsibilities in specialty areas (ED and/or Critical Care) with 18 months plus one year in ED/CCU. The shift includes Saturdays and Sundays 7a-7p, with 36 paid hours for 24 scheduled.

Formación

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience.
• Level2 requires 1 year of ED/CCU or related specialty experience.

Responsabilidades

• Float RN Level1 assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care across units.
• Level2 includes ED/CCU responsibilities with similar requirements.
• Work Saturday & Sunday days, 24 hours paid for 36 with full-time benefits.
• Provide nursing care under supervision of Charge Nurse/Unit Director.

Description: The St. Mary's RN Float Pool consists of 2 different levels: The Float RN Level1 is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in a variety of specified nursing units. Must have a minimum of 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience. The Float RN Level2 is responsible for assessing. planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in a variety of nursing units including specialty areas ( ED and/or Critical Care. Must have a minimum of 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience and one year of specialty experience, i.e. Emergency, Family Birth and/or critical care experience. Will work Saturday & Sunday Days for a total of 24 hours but will be paid for 36 hours with fulltime benefits.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia. Current BLS certification required. (American Heart Association)

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Experience: Experience required. Degree of Supervision Required: Accountable to Charge Nurse, Team Leader, Nurse Manager or Unit Director.
