Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking full-time RN Float Pool nurses in Georgia to provide high-quality care across multiple units. Float RNs assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under supervision, with pathways for Level 1 and Level 2 responsibilities.

Sign-on bonuses of $10,000 for Day shifts and $15,000 for Night shifts accompany benefits starting Day 1. No call and no weekend requirements are noted for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Georgia.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple nursing units, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.
• Level 2 includes Critical Care assignments with med/surg/ICU experience.
• Accountable to Charge Nurse, Team Leader, Nurse Manager or Unit Director.

The St. Mary's RN Float Pool consists of 2 different levels: The Float RN Level 1 is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in a variety of specified nursing units. Must have a minimum of 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience.

The Float RN Level 2 is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in a variety of nursing units including specialty areas in Critical Care. Must have a minimum of 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience and one year of critical care RN experience.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia. Current BLS certification required.

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Experience: Experience required

Degree of Supervision Required: Accountable to Charge Nurse, Team Leader, Nurse Manager or Unit Director.
