Job summary

Rosaires Care is seeking a WOC RN for the acute care team to provide expert wound, ostomy, and continence care. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based strategies to improve healing and patient quality of life.

You will educate patients and families, train staff on wound/ostomy care, and support transitions of care. You will contribute to quality initiatives and outcomes improvement within the unit.
