Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a dynamic team environment in Rockford, IL. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
May require specific years of applicable experience to qualify per department guidelines.
Licensed as an RN in state of practice
Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days
Other certification or certifications per unit requirements. For example: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and NRP
May include color blind test per department guidelines
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
