Job summary

Timber Ridge Health and Rehabilitation in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time, flexible schedule. You’ll monitor patient conditions, collaborate with physicians, and support care plans to ensure excellent outcomes for residents.

RN license and CPR certification are required; new grads welcome. Benefit packages include medical/dental/vision, 401K, DailyPay, tuition scholarships, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred but new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
