Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, specialized wound care by assessing wounds, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and delivering advanced dressings and therapies.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to monitor healing progress, educate patients and families, and document care in the EMR while supporting optimal outcomes in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and wound care expertise
