Minimum Qualifications:

1. NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License is required.
2. BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
3. Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR be an active participant in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving patient and caregiver lives, excellent teamwork skills, dedication to ongoing education, and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care are essential.
5. BLS/CPR certification by the American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
6. Experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
