Job summary

SIRS INC seeks a dedicated Wellness Coordinator (RN) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Indiana. You will apply clinical expertise to coordinate healthcare services, conduct in-home wellness visits, and promote preventive care.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR/First Aid certification required before first active day.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
