Ohioans Home Healthcare in Toledo, OH is seeking an experienced RN for the Weekend Warrior role. You will assess, plan and implement home care, and educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and wound care.

This position features 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm), flexible scheduling, autonomy to manage your caseload, robust training, and a supportive team. Travel to patient homes is required.

Formación

• One year of acute care experience.
• Current RN state licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to travel for in-home patient visits.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Home healthcare/case management experience preferred.
