Ontario Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor in Canandaigua, NY.

Duties:

1. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
2. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families.
3. Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests.
4. Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations.
5. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
6. Manage documentation of resident care services.
7. Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams.

Requirements:

1. Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required.
3. Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff.
4. Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Basic computer skills.
