Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cambridge is seeking an Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered care team. You will administer medications, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate nursing plans on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), possess an RN license, and have 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Job Summary Summary:

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
