Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City is seeking a Weekend ONLY Registered Nurse to join our team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while coordinating with licensed and non-licensed colleagues.

The position emphasizes English communication, current Oklahoma RN license or eNLC, BLS on hire, and completion of unit competencies within 12 months; compliance and ongoing education are required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma or a current compact-state license (eNLC).
• BLS certification must be current on hire or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstration of core nursing competencies within 90 days.
• Completion of unit-specific competencies within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re-assessments

• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.
