Responsabilités

• Perform patient assessments: obtain histories, record vitals, document allergies and meds.
• Assist doctors with minor in-office procedures and exams.
• Handle patient calls, triage, and follow-up messages.
• Manage prescription refill requests.
• Call patients with lab results.
• Perform in-office diagnostic testing.
• Deliver pre- and post-procedure education and discharge instructions.
• Accurately document treatments, consent, and clinical notes in EMR and communicate follow-up plans.
