Sturdy Health in Attleboro, MA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to optimize patient outcomes across age groups and units. The role emphasizes compassionate, collaborative care within adherence to nursing standards and regulatory guidelines.

You will participate in care planning, patient education, and emergency response, with opportunities for growth in inpatient settings and potential sign-on bonuses. New grads welcome in selected units.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited nursing school.
• Massachusetts RN license current.
• BLS certification current for all RNs.
• ACLS required with BLS for telemetry, ICU, ED, Cardiac Rehab, etc.
• NRP required with ACLS and BLS for LDRP.
• PALS required with ACLS and BLS for PACU and ED.
• New Graduate Nurses accepted for some positions.

Mansioni

• Provide timely, positive responses to needs of patients, families, co-workers, and physicians.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Regularly assess and record vital signs to monitor patient status.
• Gather and document patients' medical history and current health status.
• Administer and record medications according to orders and protocols.
• Delegate care per MA Nurse Practice Act and Sturdy Health guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and individualized nursing plans of care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment options.
• Respond to medical emergencies with first aid and appropriate interventions.
• Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained.
