Job summary

Domnovate is sourcing a Registered Nurse Unit Manager for a local Scarborough, Maine contract. You will lead a 40-bed long-term care and skilled nursing unit, coordinate the nursing team, and ensure resident-centered care.

You must hold a Maine RN license or eligible compact, have leadership experience in long-term care, and maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team. Work days are Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, on-site with a W-2 arrangement via Ascen Workforce LLC.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with leadership qualifications in long-term care.
• Sound clinical judgment, clear communication and dependable documentation.

Pay: $50.00–$55.00 per hour*

Our Client is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager for a local contract in Scarborough, Maine. Lead a 40-bed long-term care and skilled nursing unit, support the nursing team and help residents receive consistent, person-centered care.

The assignment

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend package.
• Current source dates: November 9, 2026 through February 8, 2027. The actual start date and final duration will be confirmed before acceptance.
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a 30-minute meal period.
• The order lists 40 guaranteed hours per week, subject to written assignment terms and attendance requirements. Overtime is not guaranteed; any additional work must be reviewed and approved.
• W-2 employment through our employer of record, Ascen Workforce LLC, with recruitment coordinated by Domnovate.

Your contribution

Lead and coordinate nursing care on the assigned unit. Support clinical priorities, care planning, accurate documentation and timely communication with providers and the interdisciplinary team.
