Job summary
PruittHealth in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse - Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit in Macon. This full-time role on the 1st shift focuses on patient care, staff coordination, and ensuring quality outcomes.
The Unit Manager will supervise RNs and LPNs, mentor staff, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while promoting a compassionate care culture. We offer merit-based growth and comprehensive health plans.
