PruittHealth in Georgia-LaFayette is hiring a Registered Nurse - Unit Manager to lead nursing care on the unit and oversee staffing, schedules, and patient flow. You will supervise the delivery of high-quality care and mentor on-unit staff.

As a key member of the care team, you will coordinate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, current RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in unit management or charge nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
